30 Day Challenge

Guidelines

  1. Abstain from sugar, processed food, and alcohol.

  2. Enjoy five servings of greens and veggies each day. 

  3. Enjoy healthy fats.

  4. Fast intermittently and one day a week for 24 hours.

  5. Repeat for 30 days!

A typical menu from a day in the challenge

Wake up with hot lemon water or green tea.​ Drink lots of water throughout the day. 

Have breakfast:

  • Dr. Lipman's Sustain Shake (or a comparable nutrient shake)

  • Kor Ginger Shot (or a comparable ginger shot)

  • Vitamin D

  • Fish Oil

  • Liquid Calcium

  • A bag of mixed nuts and seeds

Wait four hours before you eat lunch:

  • Green juice of spinach, broccoli, cucumber, lemon, and ginger

  • A kale salad with avocado, nuts and seeds, raw garlic, red onion, lemon juice and olive oil

  • Ginger shot

  • Hot green tea with lemon or lemon water

Wait four hours before you eat dinner:

  • Green juice 

  • A small romaine salad with olive oil and lemon juice

  • Shredded brussels sprouts, cauliflower, onion, and garlic, sautéed in coconut oil

  • Raw garlic cloves

Finish eating dinner by 7pm. You're done eating for the night. Don't eat again until 9am.
